..........I am REALLY impressed. I have owned he green version of this radio for about a year. I used it almost daily for 6 months and have used it on and off since then. Well, what else can I say, other than it works flawlessly! I have charged it in the sun with no dramas and the crank alternative is reliable and fuss free. This radio does have a mobile phone charge option via the crank and hidden USB port but realistically it is an emergency only option. It will get you out of trouble and that is about it but @ least it is an option. It sure beats having a flat mobile phone in the middle of nowhere. Will not charge a Blackberry { I think Blackberry have fashioned their phones to not accept charge from anything other than their specific chargers } though. Works on a Nokia N95 and an iPhone though. Great customer service from these guys too. In a nutshell. VERY happy with the Eton FR160 and can only thoroughly recommend it.
